1. There must be mentors or coaches that are readily available for you. Ones that communicate sincere desire for you to do well (and not just for their own buck)

2. There must be a higher amount of optimistic evaluations or videos on the organization rather than depressing views. This can be researched through Google or YouTube.

3. The compensation strategy should be a lofty enough total that even the least sum of accomplishment can result in fulfilling numbers for you.

These are the major things that I have discovered the not so prosperous companies out there do not offer. No matter what your experience and desires are in regards to this, I advise just one thing "Don't Stop" you may be one failure away from that goldmine. Keep going, victory on the world wide web does exist. It will not be abrupt as everyone will have to go through a knowledge curve but it does take place.
